Emanuel joined State Surveys in 2006 and is an accomplished Engineering Surveyor. He also assists our Licensed Surveyors in the field and in the office. Manuel is proficient in all forms of residential and commercial development and provides expert advice to our clients in the field and in the office. Emanuel is registered under the Surveyors Board of South Australia as a Technical Surveyor and is able to work under the supervision of our in house Licensed Surveyors.
